Hi David, So wonderful to feel a part of this conversation that you had with Prince William.
The creation of the tie and its wording obviously proved so significant. Thank you for sharing this remarkable opportunity and allowing us to be a part of your link in the chain of events. We are also proud of your award and challenged by your humility.
Every blessing,
Laurie and Viv
David, I’ll echo the ‘humility’ remark, as with you, it’s genuine and a gift you have and are now honoring our Lord with along with Liz for sure.
I would like to share this audio with some friends who are involved with similar ‘legacy’ issues on a local level. I’ve shared your work before a local Black American church, encouraging them to
‘reach outside’ of the ‘Jerusalem’ work and follow the Lord to the ‘uttermost’ places. I would like to address this again, BUT
you may hate to do it but I’m sorry- I don’t know what the award is called or what it is given for? I believe it will help my purposes.
Hi Earnie, it is great to hear from you, and that’s ok. It was an ‘MBE’ which stands for Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. It was “for services to vulnerable children and to local communities in Jamaica”.
Awesome !!!Congrats David , Mi glad seh Gad ah stur up genuine sorrow for the past atrocities !!! Boots on the ground is what we’re asking for Father ,step it up in Jesus’s Name !!!
David,
It’s so good to hear you tell this story from you.
It feels far more real and meaningful than reading words on a page. The emotion of the story would have been lost.
Maybe God will use you in some way towards our government doing what they need to do.
I look forward to hearing more stories!
Love and blessings to all the team. Sue

Great story David, good news, and it was good to hear your voice rather than read words on the page.
Hi David, hearing your voice was so good, made a difference to my experience. Love hearing the story of the MBE, love hearing you switch accents!!
